THE GRAND INSTITUTE

The Grand Institute (GI) which is an independent oversight body made up of select individuals on a secretive ballot unknown to the public, working for the well-being of the People of Antiquity of Fertile Crescent (Mesopotamia). 

They have been given all powers necessary for the creation of The State of Aphramia, as a Virtual State that will encompass all the divided factions under one umbrella.
