The National Registry

The Mitrakh in their 29th session have promulgated the rules and regulations needed to take account of all the People's Resources, and the Lack Thereof, and establish the National Registry Agency (NRA) to oversee the application of Mitrakh Bill MB 982.

The Supreme Teacher Hammurabi Elyoon has appointed Mr. David Bindawee to head the NRA and sustain its efforts to assign the much needed Registry Account Identification (RAID) to the People and thus form the basis of Citizenship.

1. All members shall apply for a NR number and be thus registered to receive The National State ID Card (SID) which will entitle the member to become a Citizen of The State, with all rights and obligations as proclaimed by the Constitution.
